The project aims to offer an optimal user path and customer experience, enabling professional users to easily visualize all the brand's specific features and select their custom workbenches within their technical constraints, including supported weight, materials, sizes, and numerous options.
The tool is not just a product configurator, but a comprehensive, all-in-one B2B custom workbench assistant.

What do we do for Provost?
Our project teams collaborated with the client and their web agency to create a relevant customer experience that provided a consistent interface across a wide variety of furniture configurations.
The customer experience (Ux / Cx) was developed in collaboration with Provost's marketing specialists and project managers to provide a straightforward and intuitive user experience that simplifies configuration, while also presenting the extensive range of choices offered by the product line.
The Provost workbench 3D configurator allows you to visualize your workbench in 3D in real-time and validate your choices while respecting your business constraints, a similar project has been developed for Cuisinella.
Each industrial workbench range has its own specific functionalities and business constraints, so one of our main objectives is to reduce the complexity of the craftsmanship rules to allow the customers to only focus on the customization which led to a significant increase in sales.

What features have been provided for the Provost project?
High-fidelity 3D rendering option
The initial filter upstream of the configurator is designed to meet the requirements and limitations of professionals for:
Limit the large number of options on offer
Reassure professionals by meeting their constraints (maximum weight, size, etc.)
The user then quickly selects a model that precisely matches his or her needs.
3D visualization technology then takes over, allowing custom features and options to be added to the selected workbench. Modifications are visualized in real time, enabling precise customization.
Each range of industrial workbenches has unique characteristics and sector-specific constraints. Before using the configurator, an initial filter has been designed to meet the needs and constraints of professionals, narrowing down the options for a relevant selection. Once this initial step is completed, users can quickly select the model that best suits their requirements.
Managing product rules is a crucial aspect of this project due to the vast number of possibilities.
To facilitate this, we have developed a rules management engine that presents only relevant and feasible options, which we also developed for Biscabois and their terraces.
