What do we do for Origine Cycles ?
Offering highly personalized bikes necessitates a well-organized and scalable system. To achieve this, Origine Cycles utilized the Apviz.io SaaS platform, integrating it with their business infrastructure via APIs. This solution, provided by Hapticmedia, included** lifecycle automation for the 3D configurator**. This automation empowers Origine Cycles' teams to easily import new 3D bike models, define configuration rules, and introduce new materials.
The 3D bike configurator itself is crucial for managing the extensive variations possible for these specialized, technical products aimed at knowledgeable cycling enthusiasts, a similar project has been developed for PUMA and their sports jerseys.

What features have been provided for the Origine Cycles project ?
Advanced 3D Bike Configurator and Automation
Thanks to our GraphQL API, we could add the automation of the generation of bike parts in the libraries that were created in 3D and were automatically positioned according to the different models and sizes of bikes.
The quality of the materials that constitute the 3D bikes such as metallic paints and coats are simulated to appear realistically in our real-time 3D engine Apviz.io.
Metallic paint and coated materials were created in 3D for the project allowing the realistic 3D simulation of matte, glossy, plain, glittery renderings, the success of this project led us to develop these features for NOLT and their sportswear.
Thanks to our 3D SaaS platform and its GraphQL API, the import and rule creation processes were automated and the Origine Cycles teams were trained to be fully autonomous on the project. Moreover, the 3D configurator is linked to Origine Cycle tools, process and infrastructure.
