Van Cleef & Arpels, renowned for their refined craftsmanship and poetic designs, sought to elevate the customer experience journey for their "Your Poetic Setting" engagement ring collection. They partnered with us to develop a cutting-edge 3D configurator that would showcase the intricate details, with customization options, and the possibility of a custom engraved ring for these six exquisite jewelry pieces.
The objective was to fully understand the impacts of different carats on the structure and aesthetics of the creations ensuring a realistic and informative experience for the user.

What do we do for Van Cleef & Arpels ?
This project aims to enhance the visibility of the entire product range, guide customers toward a selection, and enable them to schedule in-store appointments and manage their wishlist, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The functionalities we set, have all the goal to highlight the 6 rings of the collection and to allow the customer to choose among more than 13 different carats and several colors of rings and stones while giving the possibility of including a message to be engraved on the engagement ring.
Our challenge was to capture the essence of Van Cleef & Arpels' artistry, to achieve this, we meticulously recreated each ring in 3D, paying close attention to the subtle details that define their character, just as we did for the famous brand De Beers and its collection Reflections of Nature. To align with the Maison's reputation for exceptional craftsmanship,**we have reinvented the way diamonds and lighting are rendered **to create a realistic effect that complements the Maison's prestigious image. Additionally, we have developed a morphing system based on ring scans, allowing consumers to seamlessly explore various designs and guaranteeing the highest quality in jewelry rendering.

Advanced Engraving Tool with Real Time Visualization
By providing a comprehensive and engaging experience, the product configurator helps Van Cleef & Arpels connect with customers on a deeper level, fostering desire and driving conversions.
Our partnership has allowed us to deepen our knowledge and expertise in the world of jewelry and to identify the unique identity of the Maison, which is significantly reflected in their rings.
The key points are:
- The user-friendly and seamless experience and the exceptional jewelry rendering.
- Engraving tool with advanced features including two different fonts and real time visualization
The customer can seamlessly select different ring models and fonts for the engraved ring using the 3D configurator, and can also view a real-time rendering of their personalized message, engraved on the inside of the ring. The configurator automatically adjusts the viewpoint of the ring, due to the high-quality and detailed jewelry rendering, to better view the engraving. So when the customer simulates the engraving of a personalized message, the view of the ring is automatically brought closer, so that the result can be seen in a more detailed view, a similar project has been developed for Guerlain and its perfume bottles "Flacon aux abeilles".
